The Freydell + Torres Diversity business model was conceived to meet an industry need: finding a balance between excessively high agency costs and the cold financial realities of limited budgets.  It is a fact of business that many agencies have diversity marketing needs (brand, Direct, Web, Production) but lack the resources for full agency staff. For that reason, we find the model that best meets the needs of all parties. We have clients of our own. We also partner with agencies – Hispanic and General Market – in planning and executing their diverisy projects, regardless of size or complexity. We take pride in achieving this while remaining lean, flexible and cost-effective.

We take very seriously our responsibility to help our planet. We understand that unless everyone –at every level of society and in every endeavor– undergoes a major behavioral change, we’ll be leaving our children little less than a big mess. By taking such elementary measures as becoming a paper-free agency, not only do we gain in efficiency, but we also help the earth one tree branch at a time. Small things do make a difference!
